1. What we collect

Account information you provide at signup (name, email, brokerage details), data you and your users enter into the platform (which may include client and policy information), and usage/technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the iBrokerOS platform, to communicate with you about your account, and to meet our legal and security obligations. We do not sell your data.

3. Health information

For tenants using Life & Health features, we may process protected health information (PHI) on your behalf. Access to individual-level PHI is logged, and this data is handled under the compliance program described in our documentation and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.

4. Data isolation

iBrokerOS is multi-tenant: your organization's data is logically separated from every other organization on the platform, enforced both in application logic and at the database level.

5. Retention & deletion

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us.
