Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a iBrokerOS account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are signing up on behalf of an agency or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. iBrokerOS is a multi-tenant platform — your organization's data is logically isolated from other tenants, and you are responsible for the actions of users you invite into your organization.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed on the cycle and at the rate shown at signup. A payment method is required to activate paid tiers. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use iBrokerOS to store or transmit data you are not authorized to hold, to attempt to access another organization's data, or to use the platform in a way that violates applicable law, including insurance-licensing and data-privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Data & compliance

iBrokerOS may process personal and health-related information on your behalf as part of providing the service. Our handling of that information is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate Business Associate Agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement as described in your plan's terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account owners.
